Je travaille à la Mutualité Française Charente en apprentissage en lien avec la CIFOP. Mes différentes missions sont les suivantes : Aide à la préparation des réunions mensuelles, répondre au téléphone, effectuer des courriers, Gérer les navettes entre les différents centres mutualistes, réserver les billets de train.

Je suis heureuse de noter que vos taches sont de plus en plus interessantes.
La première semaine est une découverte socio culturelle de l'entreprise.
Mais le turbo doit être enclenché en 2° semaine.
Il est certain que vous pouvez être limitée par votre niveau d'anglais parlé, mais l'immersion durant 4 semaines doit vous permettre de l'améliorer rapidement.

RépondreSupprimerThank you for Sophie's French CRB, I've passed it onto HR and they're happy. I am currently residing in the Kingsgate Building, office A202. Sophie has been fantastic and coping with a whole host of staffing changes over her time with us. Unfortunately due to my new role and involvement in several very time consuming and sensitive projects I wasn't able to spend as much time as I would of liked with Sophie. However when given direction or tasks, she followed eagerly and many staff fed back that she was a polite, friendly and helpful person. She adapted with fluctuating staffing and opening times with ease and never once complained. Staff were quick to praise her for work undertaken as she did an efficient and prompt job and she even got spoilt with cakes and choccies. She also got to be involved in the College prizegiving, setting up the room for the function and dressing up the furniture and tables, mixing with other PA's, DA's and admin teams. Her English has shown some improvement, but she still struggles sometimes, I think due to the very busy nature of the office, but google translate has been a godsend in helping trigger understanding any words she didn't comprehend.
